Plan
Our communities are thoughtfully planned and a full range of surveys are conducted prior to beginning the design process. We build based on a detailed plan that includes topographical surveys and a number of executive meetings. We pride ourselves on great relationships and they represent the focal point of all the locations we design and develop communities.

Design
Design is one the key components in our process. Great design speaks volumes and ensures customer satisfaction. This is why we work with a team of highly skilled land and permit specialists to secure all required permits on time and design within the boundaries of the land specified for development. Our clients also play a large role in the determining the design of our homes. Each client is able to tastefully express their interest through the process at our design studio and bring to life a unique custom home.

Build
We pride ourselves on a construction process that is top-tier and meticulous. From the beginning stages we ensure that site maintenance is up to code, our tradesman are on time and working effectively and we guarantee that every aspect of your new home is finished up to the North Town Homes standards that we have built our reputation on.
